Credit cards and investing are some of the most confusing and overwhelming topics when it comes to personal finances.
That's why we're going to help you set up both, in 60 minutes, with ease.
Make Money Make Cense is an interactive workshop hosted by Ascend BU in partnership with Cense, a startup for students, by students, enabling young adults to automate their personal finance management. You will leave the workshop knowing:
- How to open an investment account (if you bring the materials, you can open an account live! See below)
- How to maximize a credit card and which is right for you
- How to start invest and spend responsibly, immediately
This workshop is not passive. You will radically improve your financial management in 60 minutes, and ask questions and network with other students for the remainder of the time.

Want to open an investment account? Bring a government-issued ID and have your SSN and banking info handy. You’ll enter everything privately yourself.
