FREE Bachata Fusion, Intro to Zouk & Social Dancing in Houston
Houston, we’re bringing a new Sunday dance experience to The Mood Room. 🔥
Join us every Sunday for Majao Baile Sundays — a weekly night of Bachata Fusion, Brazilian Zouk, social dancing, music, community, and good vibes.
We’re kicking things off Sunday, July 5th, and the event will be FREE for the entire month of July. 🎉
Whether you’re brand new, coming back after a break, or already part of the dance scene, this is a welcoming space to learn, connect, practice, and dance.
🗓️ Weekly Sunday Schedule
💃 4:00 PM — Bachata Fusion Class
Start the evening with a fun, beginner-friendly Bachata Fusion class focused on connection, musicality, movement, and social dance fundamentals.
🌊 5:00 PM — Intro to Zouk Class
Learn the basics of Brazilian Zouk, including flow, frame, body movement, partner connection, and the foundations needed to enjoy Zouk on the social floor.
🎶 5:30–8:00 PM — Social Dancing
Stay after class for an open social with a curated music rotation:
🎧 Music Breakdown
3 Bachata / 2 Zouk / 1 Salsa
Expect a smooth blend of sensual, energetic, and connection-based music to keep the floor moving all evening.
🌟 What Makes This Event Special?
We have six instructors on staff every Sunday to help guide the experience. They’re here to teach, support beginners, dance with students, help people connect, and make sure the social feels welcoming and fun.
This is more than just a class — it’s a weekly community night. 🤝✨
