Join Carly Brand for Magic Body Fascia Alchemy! 4-hour Myofascial Release mystery school workshop with education, techniques, movement, breath, sound & self-fascia release!
Learn about the multidimensional liquid light fabric that comprises most of your body: Fascia! Once we comprehend what we are made of, then you can learn the simple but profound techniques to open your body and enjoy more lightness, ease of motion, and flow in your life. Learn to uncover your healing gifts and live your purpose by unraveling restriction patterns in your fascia.
Carly will cover the foundations of Myofascial Release with partnered techniques, embodied movement practices, voice as medicine, and we will end with an integrative breathwork practice into a sound healing with guided self-fascia release.
In the times we are moving through, it’s crucial to develop skills for grounding and presence that you can use every day and share with your loved ones. You will leave this workshop feeling spacious and at home in your body.

Parking in the lot and garage is free and plentiful. Register in advance to receive the directions.
When you pull into the Falls Center complex, you will see a large parking lot and garage to your right. (With Founded and The Preston on your left.) Mishana studio is inside The Preston. Make sure you are registering with a current email address to receive the arrival instructions, which will be sent by email before class. (Search your email or check your spam folder if you don't see it.)
