About this Event
Whether its your first baby or your fifth, prepare for birth with confidence in a welcoming, supoprtive environment. This class covers essential pregnancy stretches and exercises designed to help you stay comfortable, promote a healthy pregnancy, and prepare your body for labor and delivery. We'll also walk through what to expect during each stage of labor and answer many of the common questions expecting moms have, so you can feel informed, empowered, and ready for the big day!
