About this Event
Mad Woman Circle
We’ll begin with a grounding practice, seated or lying down, to arrive in the space and settle into our bodies. From there, we’ll move into our curated playlist, followed by a guided journaling experience inviting us to explore the lies we’ve been told about how women have gone mad—and the wisdom, truth, and power that may live within those stories.
We’ll close with an optional sharing circle, offering space to speak aloud, reflect, or simply listen and be witnessed in community.
This gathering is for anyone longing to explore their own madness, reclaim the wisdom of their inner knowing, and find a safe, supportive space to speak their truth out loud. Together, we’ll make room for the parts of ourselves that have been misunderstood, silenced, or labeled too much.
What to bring: Journals and pens will be provided. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or anything else that helps you feel comfortable.
