🍂 Mabon Sabbat Celebration & Ritual Circle – Autumn Equinox in OshawaFREE EVENT
🌾 Celebrate the turning of the Wheel of the Year as we gather for a sacred Mabon Sabbat Celebration and Autumn Equinox Ritual Circle in Oshawa, led by High Priestess Rev. Karyn Williams.
🌙 Mabon marks the Autumn Equinox and the Second Harvest Sabbat—a powerful moment of balance when day and night stand nearly equal before we begin our journey into the darker half of the year. Traditionally, this is a time of harvest, gratitude, abundance, balance and reflection, when we pause to acknowledge what has grown in our lives and give thanks for the blessings we have received.
🕯️ During our Mabon circle, Rev. Karyn will guide participants through a meaningful seasonal ritual honouring Mother Earth, the changing seasons and the spiritual significance of the harvest. Together, we will reflect upon what we have gathered—both physically and spiritually—and consider what we are ready to release as the energy of the year begins to turn inward.
🧙♀️ Mabon also reminds us that every harvest is followed by transformation. Within the ritual, we will honour the Goddess as she moves from the abundant Mother toward the wisdom of the Crone and acknowledge the mysteries of death, transformation, renewal and rebirth represented by the Morrígan and her sacred crow.
🧹 This gathering is more than a seasonal celebration. It is an opportunity to experience a traditional Pagan Sabbat circle, connect with the energies of the Autumn Equinox and celebrate the ancient rhythms of the Wheel of the Year in community with others.
✨ Following the ritual, guests are invited to stay for an informal Pagan and Witchcraft social gathering. Meet others from Oshawa and throughout Durham Region, share experiences, ask questions about Witchcraft and Pagan traditions, and enjoy time with a welcoming community of like-minded people.
👑 As a third-generation Witch and High Priestess, Rev. Karyn Williams brings decades of lived spiritual tradition, knowledge and experience to the circles and classes she leads through The Oshawa School of Witchcraft at The Zen Shop. Newcomers are always welcome, and you do not need previous experience with Witchcraft, Paganism or ritual circles to attend.
🤝 Whether you have followed the Pagan path for many years, are beginning to explore Witchcraft, or simply feel called to honour the changing seasons, you are welcome to join our circle.
