About this Event
What if your yoga practice felt less like something to perfect and more like an opportunity to explore?
Play & Presence is a grounding yet playful Hatha yoga practice that invites you to slow down, reconnect with your body, and rediscover the joy of simply being present.
Through mindful movement, breathwork, meditation, and moments of creative exploration, we'll cultivate curiosity, self-awareness, and a little more lightness in our everyday lives. Inspired by līlā, a Sanskrit concept often translated as “play” or the joyful unfolding of existence, this practice is an invitation to let go of perfection, move with intention, and explore what feels good for you.
You don't need to be flexible, experienced, or have everything figured out. Come as you are, listen to your body, and give yourself permission to enjoy the practice rather than perform it.
