The New Appraisal
What Every Real Estate Pro Needs to Know
Wednesday, October 28
11:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Embassy Suites by Notre Dame
Big changes are coming to residential appraisals.
Join us for our October Lunch & Learn as experts from our appraisal management company break down the new appraisal report and what real estate professionals need to know before the changes take effect in November.
We’ll discuss what’s changing, what the new appraisal will look like, and most importantly, how these changes could impact your transactions.
We’ll cover what this means for:
• Realtors
• Buyers
• Sellers
• Builders
• Lenders
Our goal is simple: help you understand the changes now so you can better prepare your clients and avoid surprises later.
Bring your questions and join us for lunch, education, and conversation with appraisal professionals who work in this world every day.
Hosted by CrossCountry Mortgage
Lunch is provided.
