In fast-moving startups and growing businesses, clarity is rare. Priorities shift, data is incomplete, and decisions often need to be made before you feel fully ready. In this practical Lunch & Learn, Stefania Ghisleni, Senior Program Manager at Amazon UK and experienced business coach, will share real-world insights from operating inside complex, high-pressure environments where the cost of hesitation is high.

This session will explore:

  • How to make confident decisions with incomplete information
  • Practical frameworks for evaluating risk and trade-offs
  • How to avoid overthinking and decision paralysis
  • Mindsets that help founders and teams move forward with clarity

Designed for founders, startup teams, and operators, this workshop will give you actionable tools to navigate ambiguity, make high-impact choices, and lead with greater confidence, even when the path ahead isn’t fully mapped.

Join us on March 17th at 12:30 PM for a session that may change the way you think about working forever.

About Stefania

I have over 12 years of experience in the corporate world, starting my career as a business consultant in Milan before moving to the UK and joining Amazon, where I’ve spent the past 9 years. During my time at Amazon, I’ve held roles across account management, people management, and program management, working in areas ranging from retail and marketplace to, most recently, logistics.

I’m passionate about helping individuals and teams succeed by bringing structure to complex and ambiguous situations. Throughout my career, I’ve actively coached and mentored others — from junior employees within Amazon to students through Enactus UK — and I’ve become increasingly involved in the startup ecosystem via initiatives such as the Amazon Sustainability Accelerator.

More recently, I’ve been focusing on leveraging my corporate experience to support founders in their startup journey. Outside of work, I enjoy yoga, travelling, and exploring new cuisines.
