In this 90-minute working session for business owners, executives and team leads, we name what you've been tolerating, set the standard out loud, and build a plan to hold it. Real scenarios. You leave with a culture self-rating you can use with your team the next morning.

Brown bag lunch and learn. Bring your lunch. Coffee and water provided. $15 per seat. Seats are capped at 25, so register early.

Parking: Houston Street Garage, 111 College St. About $2 per hour, $10 max for the day. Venture X does not validate parking for events.
Your facilitator: Jamaal "Coach Trell" Cottrell is the founder of Limitless Leads Coaching. He's a Maxwell Leadership Consultant, certified DISC consultant and a 20-year Air Force veteran who helps leaders close the gap between the standard they set and what actually gets done.
