Is Your Business Ready For Exit?
We’ll kick things off at 12.00pm (arrive from 11.45am onwards), with the session running through to 14:00pm. After the talks, you’re welcome to stay, connect, and network with other attendees.
On arrival, one of the team will greet you and confirm your lunch choice. If a selection hasn’t been made at least five days before the event, a default option will be arranged for you (either the Poke Bowl or the Cluck Norris Burger).

Emily helps SME founders build value, create options and prepare both their business and themselves for exit. She’ll share practical insights around leadership, planning and creating a business that is ready for a smooth transition.
We’ll also be joined by James Fenner, a strategic advisor with 30 years of experience in marketing, branding and commercial growth. James works with owner-managed SMEs to improve profitability, strengthen operational control and prepare for future exit. He’ll share practical insight into identifying hidden value and getting your business ready for what comes next.
