Join Amanda in this intermediate class to welcome the full moon each month. You will be guided through a warm up and a traditional Chandra Namaskar (moon salutation) that starts slowly, holding poses for a few breaths and then builds to a slightly faster flow as your body warms up. The class will end with a savasana meditation on the month's featured moon.About the instructor: Meet Amanda! Licensed Massage Therapist and RYT200! Amanda brings her healing touch as the founder of Lunar Rising Wellness LLC. She graduated from Advanced Massage Therapeutics in Louisville In 2025, where she studied Therapeutic Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Anatomy and Physiology, and Injury Assessment. In 2026, she completed continued education hours in Therapeutic Cupping Techniques and Table Thai Massage. Her Yoga journey began many years ago after visiting her uncle in Sedona and being introduced to the holistic and healing community there. She completed her RYT 200 in 2025 through Yoga Renew and in 2026 completed her Yin and Restorative certifications through them as well. Amanda will be teaching a Moon Salutation class called Lunar Rising Moon Salutations on the last Monday of the month starting in October 2026.
