Spend Boxing Day where Sydney is at its best: on the water. Step aboard Luna, Sydney's only wood-fire pizza boat, for three hours of food, drinks and harbour views on one of the biggest days of the year.
No sit-down lunch and no buffet queue. Wood-fired pizza comes to you as roaming slices, hot from the oven, while you move around the boat and watch the harbour come alive.

Fresh wood-fired pizza served canapé-style for the whole cruise. Our team circulates with a rotating selection of four pizzas (two vegetarian, two meat), so you can grab a slice, try a new flavour when the next one comes around, and never give up your spot on the rail.

⛵ Sydney Hobart Race Start
The Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race is scheduled to start at 1:00 PM, while we're out on the harbour. Luna will be part of the general spectator fleet, so you can take in the atmosphere as the yachts start their race and head for Sydney Heads.
Luna Cruises is an independent cruise operator and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or an official spectator vessel of the Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race or the Cruising Yacht Club of Australia.

Saturday 26 December 2026
- 11:00 AM – 11:20 AM: Meet at King Street Wharf
- 11:20 AM: Boarding
- 11:30 AM: Departure
- 1:00 PM: Scheduled start of the Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race
- 2:30 PM: Return to King Street Wharf
Your exact wharf number will be emailed in the week leading up to the cruise. Boxing Day is one of the busiest days of the year around Sydney Harbour, so allow plenty of time. Luna departs at 11:30 AM sharp and cannot wait for late arrivals.
REFUNDS & CHANGES
- Change of mind: Cancel on or before 26 November 2026 (30 days before the cruise) for a full refund of the ticket price.
- Within 30 days: Tickets are non-refundable.
- Late arrivals and no-shows: Guests who miss the 11:30 AM departure are not eligible for a refund.
- Cancellation by Luna Cruises: If we cancel the cruise, you'll be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking where an alternative is available.
- Sydney Hobart Yacht Race: The race is an independent event and is not a condition of this cruise. Luna Cruises does not control the race schedule, course or operation. The cruise will proceed as scheduled if the race is delayed, relocated, altered or cancelled, subject to normal vessel operating and safety requirements.
THINGS TO KNOW
- Dress code: Smart casual. Flat, comfortable shoes are recommended.
- Children: Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
- Alcohol: Served only to guests aged 18 and over. Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements apply at all times.
- BYO: Strictly no BYO alcohol.
- Menu: Pizza flavours and grazing selections may vary with seasonal availability.
