Step beneath the streets of The Rocks for an unforgettable New Year’s Eve at The Doss House, with live music, premium pours and celebrations carrying you through the final hours of 2026.
Setting the soundtrack from the first pour to the final countdown, singer-songwriter Maria Shankey will be joined by incredible fiddle player Ross O’Donovan, carrying the celebrations into the new year with an incredible live music performance.
As the midnight hour draws near, step outside onto George Street where you will have a view of the world-famous fireworks display from a vantage point, illuminating the night sky. Then, slip back underground to raise your glass to the new year in one of The Rocks’ most atmospheric hideaways.
Your ticket includes a three-hour premium beverage package featuring:
