About this Event
Start your morning with movement at lululemon Montgomery Village. Join us for a class in partnership with lululemon and Rise Cycle Co., designed to awaken your body and set the tone for the day ahead.
The class will take place on Saturday, November 14th from 9:00 to 9:45am at lululemon, located at 2307 Magowan Drive. Our 45-min instructor-led strength training class combines weights, bands, body-weight exercises, and cardio at a quicker pace to sculpt and tone your muscles! Classes are set to killer playlists, driven by the beat of the music. Mats and equipment will be provided, so just show up and be ready to work! Sculpt 45 is suitable for all fitness levels, and the instructor is always happy to provide modifications as needed.
Space is limited, and advance registration is required. After class, stick around to browse the store and shop. All attendees will also be entered into a post-class raffle for a chance to win a $100 lululemon gift card and a pair of lululemon leggings. Must be present to win.
Intructor: Julia Irwin
