About this Event
November runs are now hosted by lululemon ION.
Join us for a fun, supportive, and energizing morning at our weekly run!
Open to runners of all levels, we’ll start with intention-setting and a warm-up before heading out for a 45-minute group run led by lululemon Run Club pacers. Choose the pace that feels right for you, with groups ranging from 5:30 min/km to 8:00 min/km.
After the run, we’ll cool down together and stick around to connect with the community.
Something extra for this week:
Stay refreshed post-run with Supravit ACTIVE MultiVitamin Effervescent tablet-infused water, by Regis Wellness. Physiotherapists from Regis Wellness will also be offering 5-minute individual consultations for runners who are interested.
