LoveHandles — Move. Breathe. Be Seen.
This isn't your average workout. This is an hour that reminds you what your body is actually capable of and celebrates it.
LoveHandles is a womxn-only fitness experience built on one simple belief: health is how you feel, not how you look. So whether you're a first-timer, a regular, somewhere in between, or just someone who needed a reason to show up for herself today, you're exactly who this is for.
We kick off with a 45-minute full-body workout led by Patty a mix of bodyweight, free weights, and cardio with modifications throughout. Move at your own pace, push when it feels good, pull back when you need to. There's no wrong way to be here.
Then we slow it all the way down. Stelle from The Fifth Wave leads a grounding breathwork and visualisation session to bring you back to yourself - nervous system first. We close in a circle, because the best part of moving together is landing together.
You'll leave sweaty, proud, and a little more you than when you walked in.
A few things to know:
- We start at 11:55 sharp - don't miss the beginning 🕐
- Bring a change of clothes for the breathwork portion so you're comfortable 🤍
- Aethos have a steam room, which you are free to use x
- The session is filmed. Let us know on the day if you'd prefer not to be included.
- We'll be grabbing lunch at Aethos (in their Willow Room) after the class, feel free to join!!!
