📋WHAT IS THIS EVENT ABOUT?

Café Society was the description of the "Beautiful People" who gathered in fashionable cafés and restaurants in New York, Paris and London beginning in the late 19th century. The term has also been used to describe the bohemian ensemble of artists and intellectuals in interwars Paris. And based on that, this monthly social mixer will be about uniting together all those people who feel that they are creative, stoic and sensitives and deep souls and long to find others to make deeper connections with.

These monthly mixers are a chance to meet interesting, new people, like yourself every month in a different venue (different pub, bar, cafe or restaurant in or around greater London) and have deep and meaningful conversations, but also have loads of fun while getting to know each other.

👍This month we will be meeting up in Kensington High Street area for a morning of connection and convos. (The meet up point has been listed where we will all convene and then after 10 minutes move to the event venue which will only be disclosed on the day to attendees that turn up).

👍 Every month is themed, and this is for the sole purpose of starting conversations. The theme for this instalment is "In celebration of new beginnings" and for that reason this month's session is a morning one! We will be talking about how 2025 went for us and aspirations for 2026. We will also be discussing how we deal with new beginnings and exchange tips and stories on how to make this March an inspiring month , and set the tone for the rest of the year.

🔍WHO IS THIS EVENT SUITABLE FOR?

These monthly mixers are open to all adult men and women of all ages: regardless of whether you are socially anxious or a social butterfly,single or attached,if you have many friends, few or none, or if you are teetotal or a social drinker or regardless of whether you have a diet with no restrictions or you have specific food requirements... all are welcome!(please feel free to contact me if you have questions and/or specific requirements and I will do my best to address and accommodate them).

So these monthly in person events might be for you if you want to:

🎯Increase your circle of friends.

🎯Find your significant other or someone to date.

🎯Meet people who will support you through whatever stage of life you are going through.

🎯Maybe you are new in the UK and would like to connect with people where you can practice your English and start feeling part of the country and culture.

🎯Or just meet people to network with for personal or professional reasons.

The only requirement to attend is that you are willing to meet new people in ways that foster a deeper connection. If you're open to discussing everything under the sun,(philosophy, meaning of life, current affairs, art etc...) and you are willing to share your creative thoughts /contributions with others while having fun doing this and being curious and open to connecting to others then RSVP and join in..

🔔HOW IS THE EVENT BEING RUN?

• All events have a meet up point listed only(see photo below). This is not where the event is happening,(so please do not contact the venue as Connected Exclusive Events has no affiliation to them) it is merely where the 10 minutes Meet and Greet happens from the start time of the event. The venue will be disclosed to attendees who show up on the day only. Please ensure you are on time as after the 10 minutes Meet and Greet and we move to the event venue, it will not always be possible to join in.
• The price per person to RSVP is for the attendance of the event and does not include food, drinks,travel costs etc..or any other extras. These will need to be paid directly to the venue/service provider by each attendee. This event is being run as a walk- in event. Connected Exclusive Events has no affiliation to the venue(s) where the event will be run.
• Everyone who RSVPs will be sent a contact number to contact the host/organizer on the day,after RSVPs close a day before the event. For more info check FAQ below.
• Please check this event's listing for any updates. Sometimes due to attendees' cancellations or other factors outside the organizer's control it is necessary to change the event date /time etc... and while messages are always sent out to all who have RSVPd, the most reliable form of keeping up to date is to check this event listing. Contact Connected Exclusive Events if you any questions.
• If you're not sure of your last minute weekend plans and you find this listing after RSVPs close or you prefer not to book beforehand: you are still most welcome to attend. Just join the group at the listed and photographed meet up point at the start time( no later than 10 minutes after start time). Payment is cash only on the day and is £18 per person for this event (subject to availability on the day). It is however recommended that you book beforehand on Eventbrite, because booking in advance is cheaper, ensures that you are able to join the event, and you will be able to contact the host/organizer by phone on the day of the event.(as well as get any last minute info after RSVPs close).
• In order to ensure that Connected Exclusive Events keeps curating events that are value for money, while offering an exclusive service of regular novel,high quality events where attendees are offered opportunities for genuine connections,all attendees will be sent an email after the event asking about their experience. So whether you showed up or not, it would be appreciated if you could reply and offer your honest opinion. Attendees can choose not to reply, but your reply would be so deeply valued as that is the only way Connected Exclusive Events can keep improving and offering a better service.The information will be kept confidential with only the host/organizer being privy to the opinions/information shared as feedback.

Info: We meet up at the designated meet up point and wait for everyone to arrive before kicking off with the event. Please make sure you arrive no later than 10:10am as after that you will not be able to join if you are running late.
