one year celebration
Join Tara for Love Land: REAWAKEN, a special gathering to celebrate one year of Love Land, our meditation and creative wellness studio rooted in presence, connection, and creativity.
We’ll spend the evening together as the sun sets over the Manhattan skyline, making space to slow down, reconnect, and celebrate all that this little community has become.
The evening will include:
✨ guided meditation + a dharma talk
🎶 a live sound bath with tongue drum, vocals + percussion
🍵 cacao + gluten-free cookies
🤝 community connection + plenty of love
Come as you are. There’s nothing you need to know or do beforehand, just bring yourself, a blanket and cushion to sit on, and a few extra layers for when the sun goes down. Feel free to bring a snack to share, too.
Most of all, come ready to be present, be kind, and enjoy an evening together.
This gathering is free and open to all.

Tara Rook is an interdisciplinary artist based in Brooklyn, New York, specializing in pen illustrations, graphic design, electronic music production, and DJing under the moniker Just Milk. With a lifelong passion for meditation and the arts, her journey has encompassed music, visual art, curation, travel, and spiritual guidance. She is also an energy worker and a dedicated meditation and movement teacher, helping others cultivate presence and safety in body, mind, and heart. As the founder of Tara Rook Studios and Love Land, she integrates the arts and mindfulness through illustration, music, and immersive workshops, with a vision of creating a physical and virtual space for creative wellness.
