21+ | Loose Ends returns to The Refinery rooftop for our annual Open Air Halloween club experience on October 30.For one night, we’re transforming the rooftop terrace into a haunted haven of house and dance music - bringing together Charleston’s DJs, dancers, creatives, and nightlife community for a Halloween experience built around good music, good people, and a little bit of mystery.
