Join us for a special evening exploring healthy ageing, longevity, metabolic health and wellbeing, while helping raise funds for Batten Fighters Forever, a charity supporting families affected by Batten Disease and funding research into treatments.
What to expect
Hosted by Layla Gordon, Nutritional Therapist, and Marta Holman, BANT Registered Nutritional Therapist, this inspiring and practical evening will explore how the choices we make today can influence our health, wellbeing and quality of life as we age.
There will be expert insights, practical advice and a live Q&A, giving you the opportunity to ask questions and take away ideas you can actually use in everyday life.

This evening is being held to raise funds for Batten Fighters Forever, a charity founded by the Hover family after two of their children, Annabel and Robbie, were diagnosed with Batten Disease.
Sadly, Annabel lost her battle with Batten Disease in 2024. Her story, and the ongoing journey of Robbie and his family, are a powerful reminder of why greater awareness, support and research are so urgently needed.
Batten Disease is a rare, inherited neurodegenerative condition that can cause progressive vision loss, seizures, cognitive difficulties and loss of movement. There is currently no cure for Batten Disease.
Batten Fighters Forever works to raise awareness, support families affected by Batten Disease and fund vital research into treatments and potential cures. The charity also provides practical support to families, including help with equipment, home adaptations, care and respite.
By joining us for this evening, you will not only learn more about your own health, longevity and wellbeing, but also help support a very special family and the wider Batten Disease community.
