We’re thrilled to invite you to a special London Motion event - we have gone full circle, from our humble origins in 2019 at Hoxton Underbelly, we return this year for a series of talks from industry professionals back in Hoxton at the Bersey Warehouse.
✨ Inari Sirola - Animation Director & 2D Animator
Bio
Inari is an Animation Director, alumni from Royal College of Art. Her work questions identity and confronts the limitations set by society. Tones of surrealism and comedy meet to create a mind bending explosion into an addictive world with flawed but lovable characters.
In 2021 she won the Best British Animation award for her film, Eating In The Dark at Encounters Film Festival and has worked with high profile commercial clients, such as Adult Swim and Giphy. Her work has been featured across creative platforms including It's Nice That Magazine.

✨ Alice Isaac - Collage Artist, Animator and Director
Bio
Director, animator, and collage artist, Alice Isaac is celebrated for her innovative and premium approach to her craft. Her creative career began in fashion and SFX make-up artistry before moving into animation production, this non-traditional background informs her bold, boundary-pushing style that’s caught the attention of brands like Prada, Nike, Netflix , and Hulu. While grounded in traditional, tactile collage, Alice is known for progressing what we can expect from the medium in a digital context – fusing it with animation and even pushing it into 3D spaces.
The Talk
Alice talks candidly about her unconventional path to becoming an animator, the different processes she uses to create her mixed-media collage work and the importance of engaging in hand made, tactile processes that take you away from the screen in an era of AI.
