Alexis is back teaching in London for the first time in six years! Don't miss this exclusive opportunity to train with her, limited to just 15 dancers. Book the full mini intensive focusing on technique, movement quality and serious skill-building, or book each class individually.
11:15am-1:15pm - Isolation Party
This workshop is a focused deep dive into isolations, with an emphasis on speed, clarity, and control. We’ll work on refining sharpness, improving response time, and understanding how clean isolations are built without excess tension.
Through progressive drills, you’ll explore isolations across the whole body, paying attention to precision and efficiency. From there, we’ll move into structured combinations that connect familiar shapes in more creative ways, including diagonals, triangles, and multi-directional patterns.
Expect to be physically and intellectually challenged in this workshop!
1:45-3:45pm - The Space Between Moves
This workshop focuses on the connective skills that make movement feel continuous rather than segmented. We’ll work with transitional footwork, directional changes, micro-pauses, and accents to improve how one movement leads into the next.
Instead of adding more steps, the emphasis is on how you move between them - so transitions feel intentional, controlled, and clear. Through targeted drills and short movement studies, you’ll learn how to eliminate “reset moments” and avoid the rushed or unfinished feeling that often interrupts flow.
Investment: £25 per workshop or book both for £40.
