En plein milieu de la semaine, Bruxelles sans tel s’installe à La Belladone pour trois heures entièrement offline : une parenthèse le mercredi pour couper avec le rythme du travail, ralentir, rencontrer des inconnus et retrouver le plaisir d’être quelque part sans avoir à regarder son téléphone.
- À quoi t’attendre ?
• Une véritable parenthèse offline : ici, personne ne check son foutu smartphone. Tu n’es pas simplement invité·e à éteindre ton écran : tu entres dans un espace où tout le monde a choisi d’être présent. Et c’est ce qui change tout.
• Du temps pour toi : lire, écrire, dessiner, méditer… ou simplement ne rien faire.
• Des rencontres sans écran : parler à des inconnus, croiser des regards, laisser les conversations naître naturellement.
• Cocktails, bières, vin et snacks disponibles sur place.
• Un espace social sans pression : viens seul·e ou accompagné·e, et laisse l'atmosphère faire le reste.

Chez Bruxelles sans tel, on échappe quelques heures au monde qu’on nous propose en permanence : aux notifications, aux algorithmes, à la vitesse, à cette disponibilité devenue presque naturelle où tout doit être vu, répondu, partagé, consommé. On laisse le téléphone de côté, mais surtout ce qu’il représente : l’urgence, la performance, l’attention capturée.
À La Belladone, à Saint-Gilles, on retrouve un espace qui semble lui-même avoir échappé au temps : des plantes, des coins où s’installer, une galerie d’art au sous-sol. Face au bruit, à la vitesse et à la sollicitation permanente du monde numérique, l’art, le silence et la présence des autres offrent un autre chemin. Celui de regarder plutôt que de faire défiler, de ressentir plutôt que de réagir, d’être là plutôt que d’être joignable.

Right in the middle of the week, Bruxelles sans tel takes over La Belladone for three fully offline hours: a Wednesday pause to step away from the rhythm of work, slow down, meet strangers and rediscover the pleasure of simply being somewhere without having to look at your phone.
- What to expect?
• A true offline pause: here, nobody checks their damn smartphone. You’re not simply invited to turn off your screen: you’re stepping into a space where everyone has chosen to be present. And that changes everything.
• Time for yourself: read, write, draw, meditate… or simply do nothing.
• Connections without screens: talk to strangers, exchange glances, let conversations happen naturally.
• An oasis of calm in the heart of Saint-Gilles: La Belladone feels like a living room outside of time, filled with plants, cosy corners and greenery. A place where slowing down, settling in and taking your time comes naturally.

Here, we escape the world that is constantly being served to us. The notifications, the algorithms and the permanent availability that push us to respond faster, consume more and optimise every minute.
We come here to become unreachable again. To slow down, rediscover silence and even get bored. Because boredom isn’t wasted time: it’s in silence that creativity, empathy and ideas that truly belong to us can emerge. Today, taking your time, not replying immediately and refusing to be constantly reachable might just be our most beautiful form of resistance.
