Each attendee is limited to one (1) ticket. Each ticket must be registered under the actual attendee’s full name.

For children without an email address, a parent or guardian may register on their behalf using the same email address. Please ensure each ticket lists a different attendee name.

Children aged 2 and above require a ticket. Children under 2 may enter free of charge but must sit on an accompanying ticketed adult’s lap.

• At the point of entry and whilst inside the Venue, patrons are required to:
  • Comply with the directions or announcements from staff and any requirements relating to access, order, behaviour, and safety given by organizers, management, or authorities.
  • Maintain safe, prudent, and respectful behaviour at all times.
  • Be responsible for personal items. Organizers and management will not be responsible for any damage to, loss, or theft of a patron’s personal property.
  • Keep escape routes, corridors, landings, and stairwells clear of obstruction caused by personal property or any equipment brought to the Venue.
• Patrons acknowledge that some Events and associated activities can be dangerous.
• Patrons attending the Event do so at their own risk and assume all risk and liability for personal injury or death, including that of any children under their care, associated with attending the Event.
• Organizers and management shall bear no liability for any personal injuries, health problems, or death sustained at or after an Event, including those directly or indirectly resulting from any existing medical condition.

• Organizers and management reserve the right to check identification of any ticket holder upon entry or once inside the Venue.
  
• Children under 12 years old must always be accompanied by a responsible person aged 18 or older.
  
• Organizers and management reserve the right at all times to refuse entry to, or remove, any person from the Venue. This includes, but is not limited to:
• • Ticket is damaged, defaced, forged, copied, or not purchased from the official ticketing operator.
  • The presence of the person would be detrimental to, or compromise safety at, the Event.
  • Person is deemed disorderly and/or intoxicated.
  • Persons wearing or displaying commercial, political, or offensive signage/logos, except for official merchandise or Event-related clothing worn in good faith.
  • Entry to the Venue, or into an area prohibited to the general public, was unauthorised or obtained illegally.
  • Persons who refuse inspection of identification or belongings.
  • Person is found smoking or vaping inside the Venue (unless in a designated smoking area).
  • Person throws prohibited projectile/items within the Venue.
  • Adverse weather, dangerous situations, or other causes affecting patron safety.
  • Person breaches these Conditions of Entry.

The following items are not permitted inside the Venue. Organizers and management also reserve the right to prohibit any other items deemed unsafe or disruptive:

• Use of any recording, data, or images for commercial purposes without prior consent. (Private, non-commercial use only is permitted.)
• Weapons or items resembling weapons (e.g. knives, firearms, batons, sharp objects).
• Fireworks or flares.
• Laser pointers.
• Illegal substances, including controlled, dangerous, or illicit drugs.
• Glassware or glass bottles.
• Cans or spray cans.
• Food and beverages.
• Bulky Bags or luggage larger.
• Items too large to be electronically screened.
• Bicycles, skateboards, skates, or scooters.
• Helmets of any type.
• Chairs or stools.
• Animals
• Musical instruments and noise-makers (e.g. drums, whistles, vuvuzelas, air horns, loud hailers) without prior consent.
• Projectile items (e.g. balls, frisbees, rackets, or similar objects).
• Banners or flags larger than 1m x 2m unless pre-approved.
• LED or fan boards larger than 42cm x 29.7cm (A3 size) unless pre-approved.
• Flag poles.
• Helium balloons or inflatables.
• Glow sticks or light sticks longer than 40cm unless pre-approved.
• Bulky filming gear, monopods, tripods, selfie sticks, audio recording devices, and professional cameras (including telephoto/zoom lenses).
• Remote control cars, drones, or unmanned aerial vehicles.
• Strollers in seating areas (must be parked in designated areas at owner’s risk, not blocking aisles/exits).
• Umbrellas must not be raised inside and must be kept dry.

• No refund or compensation will be made under any of the above circumstances.
• Organizers and management reserve the right to issue a banning notice prohibiting entry for a specified period of time. Any person issued with a banning notice will be refused entry or removed from the Venue.
