As we approach Super Full Moon, reconnect with the part of you that still feels, softens & longs to simply rest.
Resting gently in the AirCradle™ — a freestanding floating hammock designed to cocoon the body in comfort & support — allow the soothing resonance of Alchemy Crystal Bowls to ease tension, quiet the mind & guide your attention back to your heart space.
As shimmering crystalline tones fill the space, give yourself permission to set down some of what you have been carrying. Supported by gentle instruments such as Chimes, Ocean Rain Disc, Drum, Sound Tube & more, the soundscape becomes a comforting space to let go, breathe deeper & simply receive.
Inspired by the approaching Super Full Moon, this session offers a moment to turn gently inward. Let its luminous presence symbolise an invitation to acknowledge what weighs on your heart & make space for what nurtures you.

What to Bring & Know
• Wear comfortable clothing (avoid zips/sharp accessories)
• Bring an eye pillow, light blanket or jacket for comfort & hygiene
• Arrive at least 20 minutes early — no late entry
• If unwell, please rest at home
• Minimum 5 pax to run
Note: If you have hip or knee concerns that may make it uncomfortable to bend low to get into or out of the AirCradle™, please let us know as early as possible (at least 4 hours before the session), and we will be happy to arrange an alternative setup on a Cloud Lounger™ (air-cushioned recliner) or yoga mat for your comfort.
