Line Dance & Lunch

Line-Dance & Lunch is a fun, social, beginner-friendly movement session designed to get you laughing, grooving and moving together — followed by food, conversation, and connection.

Expect simple, repeatable routines set to feel-good, disco grooves, taught step by step so everyone can get involved. No pressure. No experience needed. Just rhythm, movement, and good energy.

After the session, we slow it down with lunch — a chance to eat, chat, and connect with the GFGL community.

Come solo or with friends. Leave energised.
