Who we are:
Tereza Knaz
Burnout was my wake-up call. It showed me that if I wanted life to feel different, I had to change the way I lived, worked, and responded to stress. That shift led me to mindfulness, movement, and a growth mindset - tools that helped me build resilience and reconnect with calm and confidence. Now, as a facilitator, yoga and mindfulness teacher, and founder of The Growth Mindset Club, I guide others to do the same: turning challenge into growth and finding balance in everyday life.
Haley-Rose Coxhill
For me, Pilates began as exercise but became a way to feel stronger, more confident, and kinder to myself. Moving to the UK from Australia brought challenges that reminded me of the importance of balance - progress isn’t about pushing harder, it’s about moving with awareness, resting when needed, and letting go of the pressure to be “always on.” As a Pilates instructor and movement facilitator, I help people rediscover their strength and build a healthier, more compassionate relationship with their bodies. Working with Tereza, I now bring together movement and mindset to support others in creating balance, clarity, and lasting change.
