About this Event
Life Sciences Operations Roundtable is an intimate professional gathering for Life Sciences operators and executives who work across different parts of the development and commercialization process.
Rather than another broad networking room, the evening uses facilitated scenarios to examine how the same operating challenge may look different from R&D, Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, Commercial or Legal/IP perspectives.
Scenarios may address handoffs, timelines, documentation expectations, vendor coordination, change management and cross-functional decision-making.
Examples used during the program should be hypothetical, public or appropriately de-identified.
Participants should not disclose patient-level information, confidential clinical-trial data, non-public regulatory submissions, trade secrets, privileged legal information or other sensitive company material.
