What this session is
A casual, friendly drop-in session for anyone who's curious about AI but hasn't really used it yet. There are no stupid questions here, just a relaxed space to explore how AI tools can genuinely help outside of work: planning a trip, organising family life, learning something new, or just making everyday admin less time consuming.
Who it is for
Complete beginners — if you've never used AI or aren't sure where to start, this one's for you.
What you will leave with
- The confidence to try AI for the first time, without the jargon
- A few genuinely useful "life hacks" you can start using the same day
- A clearer sense of what AI can (and can't) actually do for you personally
What to bring or prepare
Bring your preferred device: laptop, phone, tablet.

About the AI Sprint
The Guernsey AI Sprint is an island-wide programme, led by the G8, bringing together businesses, organisations, and individuals to explore, learn, and act on artificial intelligence. From October 1st to November 12th, we'll run workshops, talks, hackathons, and hands-on challenges designed to move Guernsey from AI curiosity to AI confidence.
