About this Event
In this lively and interactive session - part of Visit Guernsey's The Big Eat festival - Ching will prepare two to three delicious wok dishes while sharing her favourite techniques for creating healthy, flavour-packed Chinese meals that won't break the bank.
After the demonstration, you'll have the opportunity to purchase personally signed copies of Ching's latest cookery books.
Admission is free, but places are limited.
- The first 70 people to register through Eventbrite are guaranteed a seat.
- We will admit additional visitors on the day if space is available.
This is Ching's only public appearance during her visit to Guernsey and the first time one of her demonstrations has been open to everyone.
The event is hosted by Guernsey Community Savings, with support from VisitGuernsey's The Big Eat festival and China Red.
Ching will be joining us again that evening for Guernsey Community Savings' fundraising gala dinner at China Red. There are still a limited number of places available for this special evening of exceptional food, great company and fundraising for a great cause. Find out more and book at gcs.gg.
