About this Event
A chance to get a taster of the strength and conditioning in a one-off session inside a gym.
This is a great opportunity to feel more confident and comfortable in a gym environment and how to transfer training to gym equipment.
Expect a mix of free weights, machines and other gym equipment we will use to extend what we do in our weekly class usually hosted at the London LGBTQ+ Community Centre on Wednesday.
About the facilitator
Lianne is an LGBTQ+ focused strength and conditioning coach and community facilitator. She runs classes, coaching groups and 1-1 personal training sessions around South London. She also brings 10 years of experience as trauma informed holistic worker and group facilitator, so you’re in safe, strong hands!
