📖 The Session
Our facilitators will guide the session, creating a safe atmosphere, making sure everyone feels heard and respected. What you talk about is up to you - we will never expect you to shar emore than you want, and sometimes you may just want to listen. Just bring yourself as you are.
🫖 Comfort
Every session will provide a comfort break so people can take a moment to themselves. We encourage you to step away at any time you feel you need. This is a space for you, and we want you to feel comfortable doing what you need.
