Join us for an evening of original short films, storytelling, and networking as young creatives celebrate their creativity.
About this Event
LFC Foundation Student Film Screening and Networking
Join us for an evening celebrating the creativity, growth, and achievements of young adults participating in our filmmaking program.
Over the past 10 weeks, participants ages 18-25 have explored the art of filmmaking while developing original short films through every stage of the creative process, including pre-production, production, and post-production. Through this journey, participants have not only learned technical and creative skills but have also developed key personal and professional skills such as communication, resilience, confidence, collaboration, and problem-solving.
Whether pursuing an interest in film, exploring new creative outlets, or building transferable skills for future employment, each participant has used storytelling as a tool for personal growth and self-expression. This showcase provides an opportunity for them to share their work, reflect on their experiences, and celebrate what they have accomplished.
We invite family, friends, community members, and industry professionals to join us for this special event. Industry guests will have the opportunity to support participants, provide feedback, connect with fellow professionals, and contribute to meaningful conversations about creativity, career pathways, and personal development.
