Join Lewisham's Positive Ageing Council Silver Sunday Celebration!
This free event will be full of entertainment, fun activities, refreshments with free chair massages!
There will also be 2 sessions of chair Yoga workshop and 1 Line dancing workshop session. These must be registered for as there is limited space, so we ask that you only sign up for one session to allow as many people as possible to take advantage.
The afternoon promises to be fun filled and informative with 10-12 information stalls for services available to the seniors across the borough. We ensure there will be something for everyone.
All welcomed but you must be 55+ and live work or study in the London Borough of Lewisham.
