Agenda
Serve Workshop
Info: The shot that wins the most points in table tennis is the third ball. And this shot relies on good serves to set up that shot. Every coach and parent knows serves are key, but almost no one practices it efficiently because it’s tedious and boring. Serve lab changes that by gamifying service practice and ensuring accountability through rewards.
1 service workshop where athletes learn the right technique for a focus serve.
They are then required to practice this serve, along with a variant of this serve following a gamified 3-5 framework that they are taught during the workshop.
When they complete their practices, they receive stamps on their serve practice card towards earning rewards.
