Pancha Koshas Aerial Yoga & Arts School invites beginners, yoga enthusiasts, and aspiring aerial yoga teachers to experience the Level Zero Aerial Yoga Retreat and Intro to TTC, a three-day, two-night retreat held from the 28th to 30th of every month in Tapovan, Rishikesh, Uttarakhand. Designed as an introduction to aerial yoga and aerial arts, this retreat offers an opportunity to explore movement, relaxation, and new learning experiences in the spiritual surroundings of Rishikesh.
The Level Zero retreat is suitable for complete beginners and individuals preparing for Level 1 or Level 2 Teacher Training Courses (TTC). Participants will be introduced to a variety of aerial practices, including Aerial Hoop, Aerial Hammock, Aerial Silk, and Aerial Sound Healing. The program includes five structured aerial classes, all aerial equipment, and accommodation and food options according to the selected package.
Beyond aerial practice, participants can enjoy a sunrise experience by the Ganges, an evening Ganga Aarti ceremony, and a restorative massage. These additional experiences create opportunities for relaxation and connection with the surroundings.
The retreat offers three pricing options: training only at ₹7,999, training with food and twin sharing at ₹13,999, and training with food and a private room at ₹16,599. The program is limited to 14 participants per batch, helping maintain a focused retreat experience.
