Whether you realize it or not, feedback is one of the most powerful tools we have for learning, growing, and succeeding together. But let’s be honest...giving feedback to a coworker can feel uncomfortable or even risky. You might worry about hurting feelings, causing tension, or just not knowing what to say. That’s perfectly normal. This training is about changing that. It’s about building the skills and confidence to give feedback in a way that’s honest, respectful, and helpful. It’s about creating a culture where feedback isn’t scary - it’s welcomed as a chance to improve and support one another. When peers give each other feedback, it speeds up learning, prevents small issues from becoming big problems, and strengthens trust across the team. We all win. As part of this training you'll receive practical tools and simple frameworks to make peer feedback something you feel good about giving and receiving.
