Come out and game with Level One Game Shop for a great cause! We will be joining Meeple-A-Thon this year November 6th - 8th at Bartle Hall. Meeple-A-Thon is a 501(c)(3) charity gaming convention dedicated to supporting Kansas City’s at-risk and disenfranchised community members. Every dollar spent at Meeple-A-Thon goes directly to charity, helping provide necessities and resources to our neighbors who need them most. We are so excited to be partnering with them this year!
If you've ever wanted to get in to Trading Card Games, now's your chance! Come find us and learn how to play Disney's Lorcana TCG, Pokémon TCG, Magic: The Gathering, or the brand new CyberPunk TCG that's releasing the same weekend! We will be running Learn-to-Plays for all these games from 9am-6pm all three days. If you are particularly interested in the new CyberPunk TCG, come in to find us early for a chance to walk away with a demo deck for learning with us (while supplies last)!
Are you into more of a competitive vibe? Come out and play in the Lorcana Win-a-Box Tournament, where you will get a chance to win an entire box of the new set, Hyperia City! Tickets are available through the Meeple-A-Thon website, the tournament will start at 10am on that Saturday. While you're there, check out all the other killer events Meeple-A-Thon will be hosting throughout the weekend!
If your kiddos are getting restless, come by our booth and grab some Pokémon activity sheets, or build a paper craft featuring your favorite Pokémon! We will have these available all three days from 9am to 6pm. All ages are welcome to join in on the crafts too!
