SummaryJoin us for Level 1 – Myofascial Foundation training, your entry into the world of bodywork from a Rolfing® Structural Integration perspective. This foundation training combines essential courses in movement, anatomy, and touch to give you both practical skills and a deeper understanding of how the body relates to gravity and space.
Level 1 unfolds in three parts, each offering a well-balanced mix of courses.
You can start right away with part 1 – Movement 1, Anatomy 1, and Touch 1 – and then decide if you’d like to continue towards a complete introduction to the Rolfing perspective.
When you finish all nine courses, you will be awarded a Certificate in Myofascial Foundation, opening the path to Level 2 of the Rolfing® Training.
