More than 25 years after amalgamation, what happened to Toronto—and where do we go from here? Join Karen Stintz, Former Toronto City Councillor & TTC, and author of , for an evening of conversation about the city we inherited, the city we have become, and the city we could still build.
Hosted in the historic , this Etobicoke conversation will take a closer look at the neighbourhoods, waterfront, communities and connections that make Etobicoke distinct—and ask what happens when a city tries to balance growth and ambition with the things that make its communities worth protecting.
Karen will be joined by (Toronto Mike'd Podcast) for a fireside-style conversation, with special guest bringing his own perspective on Etobicoke and Toronto.
Expect stories, debate, ideas and a candid conversation about Toronto's past, present and future. And, most importantly, you'll have the opportunity to join the conversation and ask your own questions.
