About this Event
Canal & River Trust, in partnership with Camden Town Unlimited and The Pirate Castle, are hosting two floating litter picks in the lead up to the Camden Inspire climate action event.
We'll be taking rafted canoes out onto the water on 22nd Sept to collect that hard to reach floating litter that blights our waterway. As much waste as possible will be repurposed into useful objects or artistic creations during the Camden Inspire event on the following weekend.
The canoeing is led by qualified instructors and is open to complete beginners - so sign up now and come join us on the water!
One session is 90 minutes in total
8 years and older (under 18s with an adult)
Please arrive in your paddling clothes to maximise time on the water - and bring a spare change of clothes in case. Full kit list suggestion found here.
A consent form must be completed for each participant at least 48 hours before the activity - the link for this will be in your confirmation emial after booking.
Donations are requested to help our charity cover its costs and help ensure people turn up to these limited spaces.
