Let's Art It Out! Free Workshop (October)

Art is a very powerful medium that can be very helpful in increasing your self-esteem, self-awareness, decreasing anxiety and improved wellbeing. Join us in this session where we explore various mediums of art to experience some relaxation and fun.

• Supplies will be provided and you get to take home the project you made.
• Feel free to bring some old magazines, cards, any personal objects you would like to use in your art piece.
