About this Event
LET YOURSELF HAVE FUN AGAIN

An embodied workshop in play, pleasure, spontaneity & letting go

When was the last time you did something purely because it felt fun?

Not because it was productive.

Not because it was good for you.

Not because you were trying to achieve something.

Just because some part of you wanted to.

Somewhere between careers, relationships, responsibilities, healing, self-improvement and simply trying to keep up with life, many of us become incredibly good at being adults...

…and quietly forget how to play.

Let Yourself Have Fun Again is an experiential House of Embodiment workshop exploring what happens when we give ourselves permission to loosen control, get out of our heads and reconnect with curiosity, spontaneity and pleasure.

This isn't about forcing yourself to be outgoing or pretending to be happy.

It's about rediscovering the part of you that existed before everything needed to have a purpose.

WHAT WE'LL EXPLORE

We'll look at the relationship between play, embodiment and the nervous system, and why feeling safe enough to be spontaneous can become increasingly difficult as we move through adulthood.

Through a mixture of guided embodiment, movement, connection and playful experimentation, we'll explore:

✨ letting go of self-consciousness and overthinking
✨ becoming more comfortable with spontaneity
✨ reconnecting with curiosity and pleasure
✨ what your nervous system has to do with your ability to play
✨ allowing yourself to be seen without performing
✨ connection through shared play
✨ bringing more aliveness into everyday life

And there will be a few surprises along the way...

Because explaining exactly how we're going to play rather defeats the point.

THIS WORKSHOP MIGHT BE FOR YOU IF...

Life has felt a little too serious lately.

You're great at being responsible but not always great at switching off.

You spend a lot of time in your head.

You miss feeling spontaneous.

You sometimes feel self-conscious, inhibited or overly aware of how you're being perceived.

You've done a lot of healing and personal development... and you're ready to actually enjoy yourself.

Or maybe nothing is particularly wrong.

You just want to spend two hours with interesting humans doing something that makes you feel alive.

WHAT TO EXPECT

This is an experiential workshop rather than a lecture.

There will be solo practices, group exercises, movement and opportunities to connect with other participants.

You will never be required to participate in an exercise that doesn't feel right for you. Choice, boundaries and consent are woven throughout House of Embodiment spaces.

No previous experience of Tantra, embodiment or somatic work is required.

Come alone or come with friends.

Come playful.

Come awkward.

Come curious.

You don't need to know how to play.

That's kind of the point.

ABOUT HOUSE OF EMBODIMENT

House of Embodiment creates practical, inclusive spaces for people to explore connection, intimacy, nervous-system regulation, sensuality and modern Tantra in ways that translate into everyday life.

Our workshops bridge evidence-informed understanding of the body with somatic and embodied practices—without requiring you to be particularly spiritual, flexible, experienced or anything other than curious.

YOUR FACILITATOR — DR ERIN CAUST

Dr Erin Caust is a Physiotherapist, Pelvic Health Specialist, Somatic Sex & Intimacy Therapist and Tantra Facilitator.

Her work sits at the intersection of physiology, nervous-system regulation, embodiment, intimacy and human connection, bringing clinical knowledge together with somatic and Tantric principles in a grounded and accessible way.

Her workshops aren't about giving you another thing to intellectually understand.

They're about creating opportunities to experience something differently in your body.

Ready to stop taking yourself quite so seriously?

Come play. 🎈
