The next rock star shouldn’t have to drop out of school. 🎸 For a long time, young musicians have been told they have to pick one: the classroom or the stage. We don’t think they should have to.
Let There Be Rock Schools and NPU America (Northern Pre-University) are teaming up to launch Let There Be Rock Academy. It’s a one-of-a-kind private high school program where students take their music seriously and also earn the internationally recognized Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD).
Come meet the team in person, see how the program works, and bring your questions.
What makes the Academy different:
🎤 Music is a core part of the school day, not an extracurricular. Students master their instruments, play in bands, perform live, and learn the music industry, from songwriting and production to the business side.
📚 The academics are personal and flexible. NPU America’s program is built to fit around rehearsals, performances, and real musical ambition.
🌎 The diploma is recognized around the world. The OSSD opens doors to universities across the U.S., Canada, and beyond.
🤘 Students don’t have to choose. Whether they’re headed for the stage, the studio, the music industry, or a university, their options stay open.
“This is about removing the idea that young musicians eventually have to choose between getting serious about their music and getting serious about their education. Let There Be Rock Academy gives them the opportunity to go all-in on both.”
