LeSS Gather! brings together practitioners, tech leaders and the curious from the LeSS Singapore and Agile Singapore communities for an afternoon of talks and forum.

Bas Vodde — An unstructured preview of what might become the next LeSS Conference talk. Bas will share early-stage thinking on spill-over and/or the team. This is raw, unpolished, and very much a work in progress — a rare chance to hear ideas while they're still forming and to be part of shaping them.

Yeong Sheng — Driving Safely with Your AI Agentic Coding Partner: Hopefully Getting to Your Destination Cheaper. A practical look at what it's like to pair with AI coding agents day-to-day — what works, what's risky, and how to stay in the driver's seat.
