Looking to make a career pivot or break into the publishing industry? Join us at BTS Publishing, for all pursuing a career in publishing!
About this Event

Legacy Lit and the Black ERG at Hachette invite you to BTS Publishing, a community and networking event geared towards pursuing a career in publishing—whether you’re exploring an entry role, considering a mid- or senior-level career change, or interested in contracted work with a major publisher.

This is an opportunity to learn more about the publishing process, make connections with publishing veterans and junior staff, and meet members of Hachette’s Human Resources department. There will be a photographer taking professional headshots, a panel of Hachette employees across levels conversing about their career pathways, a networking happy hour, and prospective opportunities to work directly with imprints at HBG.

Panelists: Beth deGuzman, SVP and Deputy Publisher • Fabiana Lacau, Subsidiary Rights Assistant • Carrie Bloxson, Chief Human Resources Officer • Marieska Luzada, Associate Publicist

Whether you’re just starting out or already building your career, this event is your gateway to insight, opportunity, and community.
