"Loved the Italian bread making course. A really fun and informative session suitable for all abilities. We made two different - but equally delicious - breads, and they smelled so good it’s frankly a miracle I resisted eating any of them on the drive home. Mitch and Jen are patient, charismatic teachers, who really know what they’re talking about. Thoroughly recommended either for yourself or an unusual gift".
"I've just done the second of Room Forty's bread making class and it was just brill! We made foccacia, cheese and walnut bread and had a masterclass in brioche which I can't wait to try out on the family. The whole morning was great, a really nice bunch of class mates and superb, expert tuition every step of the way. Great fun and what a lovely team of people. Really excellent, thank you"
