Learn @ Lunch: Roman Holiday

For ages 18 & up

We'll introduce you to traditional techniques as we show you how to make this sumptuous menu inspired by a trip to Rome.  In this one hour lunchtime class, we'll show you how to make a pasta course; a main course; and a delicious dessert. 

For ages 18 and up. Alcoholic beverages will not be served in this class.

• Pasta alla Gricia (Pasta with Guanciale & Pecorino)

• Pork Tenderloin Saltimbocca with Artichokes

• Ricotta Cake with Almonds

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
