Celebrate the flavors of the season in this fast-paced lunch-and-learn dedicated to one of fall and winter's most versatile ingredients: winter squash. Discover the differences between popular varieties such as butternut, acorn, delicata, kabocha, and more while learning how to select, store, prepare, and cook with them confidently at home. Enjoy a delicious seasonal meal showcasing creative ways to incorporate winter squash into everyday cooking, from comforting classics to unexpected new favorites. One of our produce experts will also be on hand to answer your questions about seasonal availability, selection, storage, and preparation, helping you make the most of this nutritious and flavorful harvest favorite.

For ages 18 & up. Alcoholic beverages will not be served in this class.

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
